I’m glad you’re here.

I am a Certified Ayurvedic Health Counselor, trained in supporting digestive health, lifestyle balance, and mindful self-awareness through practical, evidence-informed approaches rooted in Ayurveda. My work focuses on helping individuals better understand their bodies, habits, and patterns so they can make sustainable changes that support long-term well-being.

Ayurveda offers a comprehensive framework for understanding how digestion, daily routine, stress, and mental health are deeply interconnected. In my practice, I translate this ancient system into clear, accessible guidance that fits modern life—without rigidity, overwhelm, or spiritual bypassing.

Much of my work centers on digestive function, nervous system regulation, and the impact of chronic stress on the body. I support clients who are experiencing digestive discomfort, fatigue, anxiety, or a sense of imbalance, as well as those who are simply seeking a more intentional and informed approach to health.

I believe education is essential to meaningful healing. Rather than offering quick fixes, I work collaboratively with clients to build awareness, clarity, and confidence in their own decision-making. Together, we explore how food, routine, rest, and mindset influence health—and how small, consistent adjustments can create lasting change.

My approach is calm, grounded, and client-centered. I aim to meet each individual where they are, honoring their lived experience while offering structured guidance and support. Consultations are available both in person and online, and are appropriate for individuals new to Ayurveda as well as those seeking a more integrative, reflective model of care.
